We are glad you are visiting our site. This page helps answer some frequently asked questions about what to expect at First Baptist Church.
WHAT DO I WEAR?
Dress casually or more formally, it's up to you. At First Baptist, we believe God is more concerned about the condition of your heart than the type of outfit you wear.
WHERE DO I GO WHEN I ARRIVE?
There are entrances and parking on either side of our building. Once you're inside, you can ask a greeter where the Welcome Center is located. At the Welcome Center, a volunteer will gladly help you find your place.
IS THERE A SUNDAY SCHOOL GROUP FOR ME?
We offer several Bible study options for adults, youth and children. At the Welcome Center, you will find a helpful volunteer who can assist you in finding the right "fit."
WHAT ABOUT CHILD CARE?
During our worship services we offer 1st Kids for children, from Nursery up to the 3rd grade. 1st Kids provides a fun, interactive environment for kids that engages them with the Bible stories and truths, while our worship services are going on.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?
When you attend a worship service, it will last approximately an hour. The worship service will have a blend of contemporary and traditional music led by the FBC Praise Team. During Sunday School Bible Study you will be joining a group of 10-20 other people of your life situation for an engaging study of the Word of God.
HOW DO I GET PLUGGED INTO AN FBC EVENT?
If you see a ministry on this web page that you would like to be a part of, please contact the church office by email or by phone (606) 843-6211 for more information.
